Outsourced Partnership

In this type of partnership, CI manages all the technical and operating aspects of the product being developed i.e. Product development, Processes, People, Operating Support and Infrastructure.

Co-Sourced Partnership

In this type of partnership, client controls the project while CI co-manages the project i.e. project management is done by client. CI will control and manage other aspects like Process, People, Operating Support and Infrastructure.

• Fixed cost per person with results related to deliverable quality, timelines etc.

BOT Partnership

In this type of partnership, client controls the technical and process aspects of the project. CI will manage the other aspects like People, Operating Support and Infrastructure.
